Ingredients
Serves 10 Ingredients 20 Quorn sausages 5ml/1tsp vegetable oil 200g/7oz onion, finely chopped 450g/1lb diced mixed vegetables, fresh or frozen 900ml/1½ pts gravy (beef or vegetarian)
Preparation method
Method 1. Cook Quorn sausages in oven for 10 – 12 minutes at Gas Mark 5/190oc. 2. Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onions for 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes. 3. Add gravy and simmer gently until vegetables are soft. (This will take a little longer if fresh rather than frozen vegetables are used) 4. Place Quorn sausages in a casserole dish and pour over the vegetable mixture. 5. Serve with mashed potatoes.
