Catering buyers - learn from the experts in new video series
A new series of videos has been launched by Public Sector Catering working with the Foodservice Equipment Association (FEA) to highlight some of the major equipment categories.
The initial launch sees four videos that showcase different types of equipment showcased – combi ovens; microwave ovens; warewashers (machines that that clean everything from cutlery and utensils through crockery and glasses, right up to pots and pans); and lastly there is a video looking at waste management.
