Abstract
KFF’S ‘Purple Pineapple’ brand has created a range of ‘hand mixed’ sandwich fillings aimed to help caterers running sandwich bars, cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops to elevate their offer.
The range comprises more than 70 fillings, including fish, meat, vegetarian, plant based, and low fat options. All are ‘mixed by hand’ to keep the more delicate ingredients intact. KFF believes this gives the finished products a home-made appearance, and says they work equally well as toppings on jacket potatoes or in salads.
Eggs in the fillings and mayonnaise are free range and all fillings are made at the point of order. Most orders placed before 12 noon are delivered the next day, although best sellers can be ordered until 5.30pm.
