Young’s appoints new business manager

Seafood company Young’s Foodservice has appointed a new business manager to ‘develop (the company’s) presence within the profit sector’.

In his new role, Roger Sudlow – who has previously worked for the likes of Aryzta Food Solutions and Brakes – will aim to develop Young’s presence within the profit sector, and its fish and chip shop business via the King Frost brand.

 

He said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the largest seafood company within the UK at such an exciting time. I have a passion for foodservice, engaging with customers and I look forward to getting stuck in to achieve the company’s aims and objectives.

 

“My goal is to highlight the bespoke solutions that Young’s can offer each customer. and highlight how these can work on a variety of menus.”

 

Foodservice director Adrian Greaves commented: “It is great to welcome Roger to (Young’s) growing foodservice team.

 

“His array of experience over the years as a chef, hotel manager and in business development, demonstrates his passion for the foodservice industry and his understanding of exactly what our customers want.

 

“He will be taking on the task of developing Young’s presence in the pub, restaurant, fast food and casual dining sectors - a sector we believe offers huge opportunities for Young’s products.

 

“I am confident that Roger’s expertise will bring exciting developments to the business and broaden our horizons in these sectors”.
