Commercial Kitchen 2017 has announced that the Cinnamon Collection’s executive chef and founder Vivek Singh will headline the ‘in conversation’ session with fellow chef Jay Morjaria.
The session will reveal exclusive insights into the inner workings of the kitchens and equipment used at the chef’s London restaurants.
Singh said: "Commercial Kitchen is an important trade event, as it shows chefs the latest innovations and possibilities for their kitchens.
“I'm really passionate about the equipment that makes our kitchens work for our teams and customers, and I look forward to seeing my colleagues and peers at this inspiring industry event."
Other new speakers include James Douglas, co-founder and director at Red’s True Barbecue; Adele Hing, development manager at Nando's UK & Ireland; and Chris Webb, catering operations manager at Punch Taverns.
Commerical Kitchen takes place at the NEC Birmingham on June 6th and 7th.
