Abstract
Virgin Atlantic and the ethical drinks brand, One Water (produced by One Drinks), have signed a global partnership to help the 663 million people worldwide without access to clean water.

Building upon the brands’ existing relationship – the airline already provides One Water on UK outbound flights – the new deal will see Virgin extend supply across its entire global network, with all proceeds going straight to clean water projects.

It is estimated that the partnership will generate £107,000 in the next 12 months, adding to the £300,000 plus that it has already generated thus far.

Duncan Goose, founder of One Drinks and The One Foundation said: “We have an excellent and long-standing partnership with Virgin Atlantic who has contributed over £300,000 to date to help give people in some of the poorest communities sustainable access to clean water.

“Extending their partnership with us will give an incredible uplift to our donation power. With 663 million people still without access to clean water and 2 million people dying every year from waterborne diseases, there is still so much work to do and I would personally like to thank the entire team at Virgin Atlantic for choosing to help make a difference. It is their sky-high vision and their long term commitment that has, and will, make a huge difference to people’s lives.”
