Abstract
VegfestUK has announced its first event of 2018 will take place 24-25 March at the Brighton Centre (East Sussex).

Dedicated to showcasing “health-conscious cuisine, ethical products and entertainment,” the event will see 19 caterers cook up a selection of “vegan delights from around the world,” including American diner dishes from Bad Boy Vegan Kitchen, Happy Maki’s sushi, and smoothies from Damage Limitation.

As well as 230 stallholders, there will also be cooking demonstrations from The Vegan Academy taking place over the two days, to shine light on “sustainability and plant-based living.”

Organiser Alan Lee said:  “We are thrilled to begin our year in Brighton; VegfestUK has now become an essential for those passionate about their lifestyle and delicious food and we look forward to welcoming every new and familiar face as we continue across 2018 with festivals in both Bristol and London.”

Tickets can be purchased now via https://brighton.vegfest.co.uk/tickets.
