Abstract
The international skills competition, WorldSkills 2007 kicks off next month and three of the UK's top hospitality workers will be representing the industry.
Making up the UK team are: Graham Squire from Claridge's in the cooking category Will Torrent from Richings Park Golf and Country Club in the confectioner/pastry chef competition Julie Doig from Gleneagles Hotel in the restaurant service category
