Having held national, European and global roles at both McDonald’s and Bidvest, Higgins joined the company this summer and will be responsible for leading UCC Coffee’s strategic sourcing and supply chain activities, including raising sustainability higher up the business agenda and creating a positive impact on the business, supply chain and customers.
