Abstract
Bidfood’s Gayle Hunt will be re-joining The University Caterers Organisation (TUCO) this year, as she’s reappointed partner advisor for the second term.

Representing “the interest of TUCO’s supplier members,” Hunt will liaise between the board, partners and members, as well as supporting a regional connection between industry members and encourage both recruitment and retention of membership.

She said: “I am delighted to be reappointed for a second term as TUCO
partner adviser. I have a passion for great food and have always been committed to working with TUCO and its members to share insight and anticipate trends, so that universities can be at the cutting edge in offering exciting, inspiring and innovative food and concepts to students and staff.

“Bidfood’s dedication to the TUCO partnership has developed in leaps and bounds over the past five years. I look forward to taking this to the next level, supporting TUCO in its plan for broadening business and membership, and advancing the value they add to caterers in the higher and further education sector over the next few years.”

TUCO Chair Matthew White added:
“We are all excited to welcome Gayle back. With her passion and expertise, she is very well placed to best promote the values and goals of TUCO, particularly around the area of membership recruitment. As a trusted partner, we appreciate both Gayle’s and Bidfood’s continued support.”

Hunt will commence this month (January) for a minimum of 12 months.
