Clare Smyth and Tom Kemble have been named amongst the top five most influential chefs of the next decade.

The list, unveiled by private jet lifestyle magazine Elite Traveler, named the top 10 most influential chefs, including five from the past decade and five from the next.

Simon Rogan of L’Enclume in Cumbria; Stephen Harris of The Sportsman in Kent; Ashley Palmer Watts of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London; Nathan Outlaw of Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in Cornwall; and Brett Graham of The Ledbury in London were named as most influential of the past decade.

Whilst, Tom Kemble of Bonhams in London; Graeme Cheevers of Martin Wishart in Edinburgh; Mikael Jonsson of Hedone in London; Clare Smyth of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London; and Elizabeth Allen of Kaizen in London were named most influential of the next decade.

The list was compiled by the magazine, alongside food critic Andy Hayler, who has reportedly eaten at every three Michelin star restaurant in the world.
