T(n)S Catering secures £1m contract with Mossbourne Federation of Schools

T(n)S Catering has announced a contract worth in excess of £1 million with Mossbourne Federation of Schools to provide outsourced catering services.

Starting from 1 August this year, Leamington Spa-based T(n)S will supply meals to the pupils and staff of the four Mossbourne schools, two primary and two secondary, all of which are located at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London.

T(n)S will also provide the catering for a number of internal and external hospitality events hosted by each of the academies.

T(n)S managing director, Andrew Odell-Rourke, said: “We are extremely pleased to have forged this relationship with the Mossbourne Federation. Priding ourselves on our partnership led approach we know we deliver excellent food and a high standard of service.

“This win gives us a stronger presence in the educational and academic sector and we look forward to supporting Mossbourne throughout this contract.’’

The contract caterer, which was founded in 2003, beat off competition from 14 other providers to win the contract.

Andrew Etherington, senior partner for AVL Consultancy representing the Mossbourne Federation said: ‘’T(n)S stood out as they demonstrated a proactive approach to the contract process at every stage without ever over-promising on any element of their offer.

“This was particularly evident at the presentation where the whole team displayed a genuine and united ‘can do’ attitude to meet the specific needs of the federation.”
