Abstract
Hospitality industry charity, Springboard, is urging people to get involved with its latest fundraising challenge – a hiking and canoeing challenge in Scotland.
In partnership with Wilderness Scotland, the weekend challenge takes place from Friday 6th May to Sunday 8th May 2011. This exciting event journeys through one of the most pristine wilderness areas of Scotland and climbs the iconic peak of Suliven, known as Scotland's Matterhorn. As well as hiking up the peak, participants will need to learn how to canoe, camp in the wilderness for two nights and conquer nerves on the airy summit ridge.
