Abstract
Sodexo has been named the top-rated company in its sector on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) for the 12th consecutive year.
The services giant has also been named number one of consumer services companies for the third year in a row.
The DJSI is one of the major global sustainability benchmarks and the leading source of information on sustainability investing.
The annual DJSI review is based on a thorough analysis of the corporate economic, environmental and social performance of over 2,500 listed companies, assessing issues such as corporate governance, risk and crisis management, climate strategy, environmental policy/management systems, supply chain standards, labor practices and philanthropic activities.
Sodexo has been a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) World and DJSI Europe (formerly STOXX) since 2005.
