The trip took place during the royal couple’s visit to Belfast, and saw Prince William and Kate learn about initiatives run by the Irish Football Association (IFA) Foundation and the ‘importance sport has in bringing communities together.’
Showcasing Sodexo’s work at the stadium, staff served an array of dishes while the Duke and Duchess spoke with IFA Foundation members, including chicken, mushroom and potato puree with pastry, and slow cooked beef in red wine with truffle gnocchi bowls.
General Manager for Sodexo at The National Football Stadium, Laura West, said: “It was a privilege to welcome the Duke and Duchess to Windsor Park.
“Our team of chefs were honoured to showcase an array of local produce, and it was a huge boost to our team to be involved in this visit.”
