Abstract
Sophie Bellon will succeed founder Pierre Bellon as chair of services company Sodexo, with Pierre assuming the title of chairman emeritus.
Sophie Bellon joined Sodexo’s board of directors in 1989 and has been vice chair since November 2013. She has also been a member of L’Oréal’s board of directors since April 2015.
Bellon joined Sodexo in France in 1994, where she has been a part of major acquisitions, international expansion, the quality of life services offer, and the group’s research, development and innovation strategy.
