Abstract
Food services management company, Sodexo, has appointed Iain Monaghan as its Hamilton Park general manager.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Monaghan has risen through the ranks in hotels and restaurants, working in Glasgow and Birmingham.
He was operations manager at the Lochside House Hotel, Lodges & Spa, the flagship site of the RAD Hotel Group.
Prior to Lochside House Hotel, he worked as a Senior Manager on Queensferry Crossing Opening Ceremony, which was attended by HRH Queen Elizabeth II and he also worked with Sodexo for the last three events at The Open.
Monaghan said: “Hamilton Park has gone from strength to strength following the recent refurb and there continues to be an exciting journey ahead.
“The team is very experienced and driven. I’m sure together we will make even more headway.”
