Sodexo achieves Investors in People Bronze Accreditation

Abstract
Sodexo, the quality of life service provider, has achieved the Investors in People Bronze Accreditation for its Scottish energy division.

The accreditation, according to Investors in People, is recognition of achieving the benchmark of good people management practice. Sodexo has been reaccredited for a continous 13 years making them part of an exclusive group of UK employers improving business performance and competitiveness.

Peter Russian, chief executive of Investors in People Scotland, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for Sodexo. I would like to congratulate the organisation and its people on their commitment to continuous improvement. Investors in People offers a flexible, practical and easy to use business improvement tool designed to help organisations and their people achieve their objectives.
