Abstract

Tony Fitt, food and beverage director from The Sheraton Park Lane Hotel and award judge, said: “We are delighted to be holding the 2017 British Poultry Awards at our hotel and it’s a great pleasure to be involved in the judging of the Student Chef Competition.

“The winning students will gain valuable experience working with our team here.”

The winner will receive a £300 Russums catering voucher, with £500 going to the winner’s college, two days work experience at The Sheraton Park Lane Hotel, and the opportunity to have their dish served at the British Poultry Awards.
