Joining Rational technical sales director and trip leader Graham Kille on the most recent trip, were 17 guests from 10 companies including: Chillerbox, Bartlett, Langford Chamberlayne, Countywide Catering Equipment, Galgorm Group, Catering Equipment Express, Caterkwik, Instock, CDIS-KARM, and SE Commercial Kitchens Ltd.
Praising ‘the quality of the production,’ Caterkwik’s Matthew Mayvers, said: “(he) was impressed by the commitment of the whole team, who are so determined to ensure Rational is the best that there is.
“In fact, the passion everyone has for Rational, from the shop floor to sales, makes it easy to see why the company is the market leader.”
As well as a trip to the factory, attendees also get to visit the Rational museum which houses some of the company’s earliest combi-steamer models, which were invented in 1976.
Mayvers added: “It was really interesting to see the evolution of the combi oven in the museum.”
