The conference, in association with FCSI, BHA, CEDABOND and ENSE, will see CESA chairman, Simon Frost and FCSI chair, Andrew Etherington welcome attendees on Thursday 12th November 2015.
Newsnight host Evan Davis, Martin Caraher of City University and England cricket team coach and psychologist, Dr Steve Bull will address the audience throughout the day.
Day one will begin with a golf day at Stanmore Golf Club, sponsored by Dewberry Redpoint and CaterQuotes, followed by an informal networking dinner.
On day two, Friday 13th November, CESA will host a Business Day, featuring the business speaker programme, including the CESA Annual General Meeting black tie gala dinner, which will feature the presentation of the FCSI Sustainable Catering Equipment Award.
The conference will be held at Hilton London Wembley on 12-13th November 2015.
