Peter's Foodservice has acquired the Farnham-based gourmet hot dog business Mom's Fabulous Foods.
The new deal is set to expand the Peter's food to go offering while giving the Mom's brand access to Peter’s’ customer base across retail, foodservice, stadiums, caterers and fast food outlets through Peter's 10 van sales depots across the UK.
Finance director for Peter's Foodservice, David Peek, said: "We are delighted to reach this agreement and further expand our product offering, especially in the fast growing food to go sector.”
Founder of Mom’s Fabulous Foods, Nick Pagett will remain as managing director of the company whose turnover is in excess of £2 million.
