Sarson is moving to a new role as director of Healthcare & Senior Living for Compass Group in Europe & Japan. Both Sarson and Hogan will report directly to Andrew Martin, Compass Group chief operating officer, Europe & Japan.
Hogan joins the UK & Ireland business from Compass Group North America, where he has been running a number of our businesses very successfully. He has been with Compass for 17 years, in a number of operational and finance roles.
Meanwhile Sarson will help to shape the strategy and implement best practice across the region.
Commenting on the appointments, Andrew Martin, Compass Group chief operating officer, Europe & Japan, said: “I’d like to thank Ian for the fantastic contribution he’s made to our business in the UK & Ireland over the last three and a half years. He leaves it in great shape and I’m delighted that Dennis will be joining to lead it through the next exciting stage of its development.”
