Melitta Professional Coffee Solutions has secured a three-year contract to supply motorway service area Roadchef’s Fresh Food Café and Restbite with roast and ground coffee.
The coffee supplier has worked with Roadchef to ensure team members have completed coffee quality training programme and helped create a loyalty scheme for customers, offering a free fifth coffee after four have been purchased.
Laura Sherwood, new markets manager at Melitta Professional, said: “We are tremendously excited to be working in partnership with the Roadchef team.
“The Melitta HORECA Coffee team are dedicated to offering a quality product and service, and the launch of the loyalty scheme alongside a new iced beverage menu, are just the first steps.”
The partnership comes after Melitta’s fully branded speciality coffee offering rolled out across Fresh Food Café and Restbite 30 outlets in April and May, including an iced drinks menu.
