London caterer Vacherin appoints Higgins as business development manager

Specialist London caterer Vacherin has appointed Lorna Higgins as its new business development manager. She joins from Elior UK where she gained 14 years of experience working on catering contracts in the capital city.

Phil Roker, owner and commercial director of Vacherin, said: “We are thrilled to be welcoming Lorna to the Vacherin team.

“Her significant experience of staff dining through to hospitality and fine dining, and the unique requirements that London-based contracts demand, will be of great benefit to our business, our team, and of course our clients.

“Her passion for food, innovation and first-class customer service is what Vacherin is all about and we very much look forward to working with her.”

In her previous role with Elior, Higgins was operations manager for B&I and Heritage in the City with responsibility for improving profitability and maintaining client relationships for 12 high-profile contracts.
