Abstract
Levy UK has extended its partnership with Chelsea Football Club as official caterers of the club until 2023.

Continuing their relationship, which began in 2005, Levy UK will feed over 1 million fans annually at the 41,000-capacity stadium for match day and non-matchday catering across the award-winning Chelsea estate.

This will include all onsite venues; music hub Under the Bridge, destination restaurant Frankie’s Sports Bar & Grill and the Chelsea Health Club & Spa. General admission and premium seat guests will encounter greater choice, sustainable produce and exciting craft suppliers visible onsite across 43 public outlets, 58 boxes and 23 suites on match-days.

Chris Townsend, commercial director, at Chelsea FC said: “The extension of our partnership with Levy UK reinforces our long-term commitment to shaping first-class experiences for fans and visitors to Stamford Bridge.

“The stadium is a hive of activity every day of the year, not just on matchday, and we are proud to continue innovating with Levy UK which, like Chelsea, strives to be the best and make Stamford Bridge a cultural dining destination.”

This follows the club’s recent rebranding of its hospitality and events business as ‘Club Chelsea’ the first phase of a wider project that will provide a club for like-minded people to explore a world of culture, art and entertainment beyond football.

Off the field Levy UK cater for over 1,000 corporate and private events that are held at Stamford Bridge each year and will continue to deliver expert catering and bespoke menus at Chelsea’s player training ground in Cobham, working in partnership with the players’ nutritionists and performance coaches.

Jonathan Davies, managing director at Levy UK, said: “We’ve had great success in delivering catering options at Stamford Bridge so it’s exciting to continue this food evolution and plan for the next four years with one of Europe’s biggest football clubs. We have always been encouraged by the club to push for inclusive and forward-thinking catering and hospitality options that will appeal to the diverse fanbase and international visitors who come to Stamford Bridge to enjoy a world class experience.”
