To inspire chefs looking to enter this year, Aviko has developed a selection of new recipes using the golden hash browns and hash brown bites including Spanish baked eggs and chorizo, a breakfast bruschetta with a twist, American pancakes with hash brown, bacon and sausage, as well as a breakfast pizza.
