The contract covers all retail, weddings, conferencing and banqueting at the venue, which includes the Garden Restaurant and the Porcupine Pantry.

The Penshurst Place gardens will provide the caterer with apples, pears, herbs and more fruit and vegetables to use in the kitchen.
