Kudos puts employees sandwich making skills to the test
Abstract
Caterer Kudos is giving all of its employees a chance to put their own sandwich making skills to the test in the Retail Invention Test, which will be judged by creative director, Daniel Clifford.

Employees must design a sandwich, taking into account retail price with a theoretical margin, a set of costings, packaging and a build method. The sandwich can include any hot, warm or chilled ingredient that is not already available on the high street.

Daniel, chef patron at two Michelin Star restaurant Midsummer House, will take the winner to Midsummer House for the day and the winner will also have their product created and sold by professionals in all of Kudos’ retail sites including Central Hall and the Brighton Centre.

Kudos’ food experience creator Joshua Beth (right) and organiser of the competition, said: “It should be a really fun and interesting experience.”

“I decided to open the competition to all Kudos employees and not just the retail staff because I think a bit of variety is always nice. And what’s a competition without a bit of diversity?”

Deadline for all Kudos employees is 3rd September 2015.
