Abstract
KUDOS catering has secured a contract with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) that will see the London-based caterer provide for the air regulator’s employee restaurant and cafe.

The menus at the Aviator restaurant and the Coffee House cafe will be made up entirely of locally sourced ingredients with an empahsis on healthy food, according to company director, David Cavalier.

Cavalier said: "We saw the Aviation restaurant as a blank canvass waiting to be brought to life by some simple but all-important enhancements, including a daily changing menu that offers fresh daily options alongside trusted favourites.

“We're just as excited to bring our high standards to The Coffee House too - think the very best artisan aromas and barista style brilliance. CAA is sure to benefit from our service and menu range that is 100% unique, providing both staff and visitors with a culinary experience that is second to none."

Dishes on the new menu include slow roasted shoulder of Sussex Downs lamb with rosemary and baby onions, vegetable and sweet potato mini hot pot, and Goan fish curry with brown rice and sambals.

The food-to-go offering for staff includes pork and apple pasty, classic mini fish pie, and lemon scented breaded fish goujons.

"We were impressed by KUDOS' attention to detail and creativity when putting menu ideas together,” said a CCA spokesperson. “Here at CAA, we're invested in the interests of our employees, which is why KUDOS' emphasis on providing healthy food options really appealed to us.”

KUDOS is part of Crown Partnership, a catering, hospitality and event provider whose other business brands include Seasoned and Jobs2Go.
