National wholesaler JJ Food Service Ltd and Unique Seafood Ltd has announced a sourcing and supply chain agreement whereby its London and Southwest depots will be merged into the JJ distribution network.
Mustafa Kiamil, managing director of JJ Food Service, said: “Working with Unique Seafood will enable us to secure a consistent, reliable supply of high-quality, competitively-priced fish for our customers.”
Harald Nissen, CEO of Unique Seafood, said: “With eight UK branches and three more scheduled to open in 2016, JJ’s national coverage continues to grow. Combining their expertise in distribution with our knowledge of the fish market will benefit everyone involved.”
JJ Food Service first launched its range of products for the fish and chip market in 2015 and has continued to expand its range to cover the full shopping basket.
