ISS appoint new CEO

Abstract
It has been announced that Henrik Andersen is the new Chief Executive Officer for ISS UK.
The group includes contract caterer ISS Eaton. Henrik Andersen, who has been with ISS since 2000 and UK Chief Financial Officer since 2005, succeeds David Openshaw who becomes a Regional Director within the ISS Group with responsibility for UK, Ireland, Middle East and South Africa. Speaking of the new appointments David Openshaw said: "This is an exciting new opportunity for me but I know that the UK will be left in very safe hands with Henrik, who has contributed to and shared in our tremendous success. I am sure that the new management structure will continue ISS UK's positive development." Henrik Andersen, CEO said: "Firstly I want to acknowledge the tremendous contribution which David has made to the development of the UK businesses and its people. Secondly, I want to say what a great privilege it is to take on this important role; I am absolutely committed to the continued success of the business." Within ISS UK, responsibility for ISS Facility Services, which was previously covered by David Openshaw in parallel with his CEO role, will now be taken up by Andrew Price as Chief Operating Officer (COO) reporting to Henrik Andersen.
