ISS and Telefonica UK extend Hospitality Assured accreditation
Abstract
ISS and Telefonica UK have renewed and extended their Hospitality Assured accreditation for the third time.

Doug Blake, managing director of ISS Telecoms sector, said: “We are delighted to have achieved an industry leading score and reaccreditation with Hospitality Assured.

“We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service to Telefónica UK to support their business and employees. It is a great accolade for the onsite team and the partnership that we have with Telefónica UK and their property team.”

Hospitality Assured is used as a standard for service and business excellence in the hospitality industry where organisations are assessed against nine requirements including quality standards, developing a culture of excellence and service ideals which are delivered to the customer.
