ISS achieves Quality Management Standard certification
Abstract
ISS UK has announced that it has achieved recommendation for certification the new Qualification Management Standard, ISO 9001:2015, created by the International Organisation for Standardisation.

ISS UK, along with its food & hospitality business, was granted the certification on 23rd September 2015 and is one of the first companies in the world to achieve this new standard.

Richard Sykes, chief executive officer, ISS UK and Ireland, said: “Attaining this certification is an excellent achievement that highlights ISS’ commitment to quality and service.

“Our quality management system has been measured against an international benchmark and found compliant.

“This gives us a firm foundation for continual improvement of our customer-focused service ethos, and I would like to congratulate everyone involved in helping ISS to achieve this standard.”

ISS is a global provider of facility services for public agencies and private sector companies, employing approximately 510,000 people worldwide.
