Institute of Hospitality partners with payment specialist Lolly

Abstract
The Institute of Hospitality - the global professional body for individual hospitality managers and aspiring managers - has signed a business partnership with point of sale (POS) and payment specialist company, Lolly, to improve its existing payment system.

Serving small hospitality business across the UK, Lolly customers can use its EPoS software on tills and PoS tablets, which is then networked to card payment machines. Not only does this speed up service, but it also provides a cloud-based back office and real-time business analytics.

Peter Ducker FIH, chief executive of the Institute of Hospitality said: "Efficient payment systems mean a faster service, with more customers served in less time.
