Industry experts sign up to BRITA Professional's stress awareness podcast series

BRITA Professional teamed up with industry experts to launch a podcast series this International Stress Awareness Week (5-9 November), designed to help hospitality workers combat stress in the kitchen.

It comes as new researched reveals that 70% of hospitality workers feel stressed in the kitchen, with staff shortages and unreliable equipment among the biggest causes.

 

The water company’s new four-part series: ‘Life is Better Filtered’ address such issues, with wider industry perspective from speakers including:

  • UKHospitality chief executive, Kate Nicholls: ‘Looking to the future of hospitality with Kate Nicolls’
  • Mark Lewis, chief executive of Hospitality Action: ‘Changing attitudes in the kitchen environment with Mark Lewis’
  • Hayden Groves, consultant chef of Borough Market: ‘The secret to an efficient kitchen with Hayden Groves’
