Abstract
Scotland’s bi-annual food, drink, hospitality and tourism show, ScotHot, is returning to Glasgow in 2015 as part of Scottish Tourism Week’s Signature Programme.

The event, which runs from March 4-5th 2015 at Glasgow’s SECC, will bring together suppliers of food and drink, catering equipment, décor and design, tableware and technology products with chefs and buyers from hotels, restaurants, bars, catering outlets and tourism destinations.

Soraya Gadelrab, ScotHot’s event director, said: “We’re delighted to bring ScotHot back to Glasgow in 2015 especially as it’s the Year of Food and Drink. We’re looking forward to putting on the ultimate show for those working in the hospitality industry.

“ScotHot has a reputation as the place for showcasing catering trends and industry insights, as well as a prime place to network with those in the know. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to ScotHot 2015.”

Scottish Tourism Week’s Signature Programme brings together key events for the hospitality industry including the Scottish Tourism Industry Conference, Scottish Tourism Week Dinner with a Difference and the Scottish Thistle Awards, as well as ScotHot 2015.

Mark Crothall, CEO of Scottish Tourism Alliance, said: “Keeping abreast of future trends and product innovation is vital to delivering the growth our industry aspires to. We’re therefore delighted to have ScotHot firmly under the umbrella of the 2015 Scottish Tourism Week Signature Programme.

“The show is a perfect fit for Scottish Tourism Week and it provides yet another great reason why all those who are serious about tourism and hospitality in Scotland should put the dates in their diary.”
