Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett from TV show The Chase will be quizmaster at the evening, which is sponsored by Bidvest Foodservice and the Park Plaza.
Chef and Hospitality Action Patron Brian Turner will be the evening’s auctioneer.
Turner said: “I’m very much looking forward to taking part in the Great British Quiz. The work Hospitality Action carries out is invaluable. Last year they spent £632,650 supporting those in serious need across our industry.

Guests from Nestlé Professional, Unilever Food Solutions and Premier Foods are amongst those already attending the Great British Quiz.
Tickets are £120 each or £1,100 for a table of 10 and include a drinks reception sponsored by Cobra Beer, three course meal and half a bottle of wine per person, goody bag and quiz entry.
