Now in its thirteenth year, the charity’s Christmas online auction proved popular with supporters once again as they took part in a friendly bidding war for the perfect Christmas gifts.
All funds raised from the auction go to support those in need through the work of Hospitality Action, the trade charity offering a crucial lifeline to people of all ages, working and retired, from the hospitality industry.
Prizes up for grabs included a one-of-a-kind cake which saw Bidvest Foodservice join forces with award-winning patisserie chef, Thomas Leatherbarrow; a three course lunchtime meal for two people at The River Cafe in London, a bottle of Champagne, selection of meze and shisha at Baku Bistro in Mayfair and an overnight stay with dinner and breakfast at The Coach House at Middleton Lodge, North Yorkshire.
