Abstract
UK Hospitality has announced the duo will join the lineup at its Summer Conference: Rebooting Hospitality on 25 June, at The Hilton London Bankside.

Dimbleby is the government’s food strategy advisor, co-founder of Leon and the Sustainable Restaurant Association. He will discuss the future of food and drink supply and hospitality’s role.

Sirieix is the general manager for Galvin at Windows and a broadcaster. He will deliver a keynote speech sharing his perspective on how the industry can be more creative on its approach to recruitment.  

UKHospitality chief executive Kate Nicholls said: “Fred and Henry are both fantastic champions of hospitality in the UK and it is incredibly exciting to be welcoming them to the UKHospitality Summer Conference.

“Both men have an enviable track record promoting the dynamic and exciting sector they both love. Their passion for hospitality is obvious and infectious, as is their expertise; so they will both make fantastic additions to what is already a great line-up.

“I am very much looking forward to hearing from them, and all our other fantastic speakers, to learn more about we can, as an industry, rise to the challenges of the future.”

The two will join a roster of business leaders, including Sir Martin Sorrell the executive chairman of S4 Capital and Lord Price the former minister of trade. They will discuss the challenges and opportunities being faced by hospitality businesses.
