Abstract
The catering team at one of Yorkshire's most well known sports stadiums, has announced its festive schedule for 2017 and the return of its Bavarian Christmas event.
The Headingley Experience, run by Sodexo Prestige & Events, manages banqueting and conferencing at Headingley Carnegie Stadium, home to Leeds Rhinos Rugby League Club and Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
As part of its Bavarian Christmas, chefs will serve frankfurters, bratwurst sausages and sugary pretzels at traditional alpine-style stalls.
It will also be roasting a whole pig on a full spit, while a Bavarian Oompah band provides live music.
The festive schedule also includes ‘Christmas Cracker’ party nights every Friday and Saturday of December, consisting of a three-course meal and disco music.
