Abstract
Haysmacintyre has launched its fourth annual UK hospitality index report, a benchmarking survey for pub, restaurant and foodservice operators.
The financial study covers trading, staffing, capital and funding, and property, in the aim of ‘helping hospitality businesses improve operations and better understand their sector.’
More than 110 companies took place in last year’s survey, which is run in association with Propel.
