Henderson was previously head of operations for the company’s dedicated events catering brand, Grazing Events, but will now be responsible for the day-to-day operations across the overall business.
The move allows managing director Sam Hurst to focus on relationship management, key account management and business development.

Henderson joined Grazing in 2016, having previously worked for event and venue caterer Createand for the Pack Investment Group in his native New Zealand.
Grazing was established in 2007 and has grown from a single café to a corporate, venue and event catering company with brands Grazing Catering, Grazing Events and Grazing Delivered.
