Led by the company’s chief executive officer (CEO) Denis Machuel, the new committee will oversee the alignment of the business, strengthen client and consumer focus and increase efficiency in local execution.

The company has named Nathalie Bellon-Szabo as its sports and leisure CEO following the current CEO Pierre Henry’s announcement to retire.

The committee consists of 19 members including seven women and 12 men, of which seven are new members.

Along with Bellon-Szabo, the seven new members include the company’s government and agencies CEO Tony Leech, personal and home services CEO Didier Sandoz, Asia Pacific region chair Johnpaul Dimech, France region chair Anna Notarianni, chief digital and innovation officer Belen Moscoso Del Prado and chief marketing officer Bruno Vanhaelst.

Leech, Sandoz and Bellon-Szabo will be responsible for representing all segments and activities, Dimech and Notarianni will reinforce regional representation, while Prado and Vanhaelst will strengthen the company’s focus on clients and consumers rapidly changing needs.

Machuel said: “I am confident that this expanded executive committee will successfully drive Sodexo forward and ensure strong alignment and efficient execution as we continue to address our growth challenges. We are renewing our focus on clients and consumers, bringing key expertise on board to optimise digital innovation and consumer insights when developing and selling offers.
