Global Infusion Group (GIG) has been named as one of the UK’s fastest growing small and medium (SME) sized exporters according to a Fast Track report published in this weekend’s Sunday Times.
The Fast Track report found that the events caterer had grown export by 49.27%.
Chief executive Tony Laurenson, said: “In the run up to 2012 whilst we continued apace with our Global expansion plans, the real focus had been on the London Olympics.
“From 2013 GIG have concentrated on growing our export market opportunities and the last three years financials upon which this accolade is based show that we have been successful with our efforts.”
GIG was originally launched by Laurenson in 1984 as Eat to the Beat and now caters at events such as Glastonbury Festival, the London 2012 Olympics and in TV and film locations.
