Abstract
Seasoned, the London event caterer, has increased venue hire and catering sales at Tower Bridge for the third consecutive year.

Walkways, spanning the north and south towers, has seen an 11% increase in turnover and the Engine Rooms recorded an 18% growth, despite the bridge’s three month closure due to traffic last Autumn. Overall annual turnover, for the year ending January 2017, at Tower Bridge was £1.4 million.

Colin Sayers, managing partner of Seasoned, said: “We’re incredibly proud of smashing last year’s sales figure and creating even more fantastic events at this stunning venue.

“The results once again illustrate that we’re more than just an event caterer and are experts in sustainably growing and developing an events business and satisfying customers. What’s more we’ve already got 65 events booked in the diary at the bridge for this year.”

Seasoned attributed the increase in turnover and venue hire to a Christmas party period, where Seasoned hosted 39 events over three weeks, and investment in marketing campaigns, including print and digital marketing and social media campaigns, to promote the venue.
