Abstract
Eurostar Commodities has launched a gluten-free brand, Spiffing.
The products will be gluten free, coeliac friendly, and vegan. The flours have been developed to handle like traditional flour or rice.
Philip Bull, managing director of Eurostar Commodities, said: “Spiffing is a great brand and was the perfect fit to bring consumers a range of products with gluten-free credentials.
“People should not have to sacrifice on quality or go without foods that they love. Our technical development team has been inspired by consumer demand for gluten-free and watching the trend grow we decided to create a versatile range that focuses on quality.”
