Rose Lodge, in Market Deeping, South Lincolnshire, is set to open in September 2015 and contract caterer Elior will manage hospitality at the site.
Russell Yarston, group operations manager at Elior, said: “At Rose Lodge we’re striving to offer a very high standard of hospitality, more akin to a hotel than a care home.
“Front of house staff will offer visitors afternoon tea and barista-served coffee plus a slice of cake in the orangery. At Elior we believe that the whole experience matters.”
Elior operates catering contracts across the B&I, health & care homes, defence, education, stadia and heritage sectors.
