Contract caterer Elior provided hospitality for 240 delegates from 20 countries at the International Fair Trade Towns Conference in Bristol last month.
Elior was chosen for its sustainability credentials to coincide with the Fair Trade for Sustainability theme as part of of Bristol’s European Green Capital major events programme.
Jenny Foster, Bristol and South West Fairtrade co-ordinator, said: “The Elior team provided us with excellent food and was incredibly helpful and accommodating – nothing was too much trouble and a number of the delegates commented how 'at home' they felt.”
Elior operates catering contracts across the B&I, health & care homes, defence, education, stadia and heritage sectors.
