Délifrance launches premium brand, À la Folie!

Bakery supplier Délifrance has announced plans to launch its premium brand, À la Folie!, on 2 October at the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2018 launch event.

Aimed at chefs, the new brand is split into two collections – ‘ready to fill’ and ‘thaw and serve.’ The former features tartlet bases, cones and baskets, which come in a range of shapes, sizes and flavours, including a 38mm savoury round base, chocolate and vanilla wafer cones and 4g baskets.

 

The four ‘thaw and serve’ product ranges: fruit petit fours, chocolate petit fours, macarons and mignardises, also come in various shapes, flavours and textures. These include: apple and cinnamon, and chestnut and white chocolate petits fours, and 6 or 15g macarons available in seven different flavours.

 

Marketing director Stéphanie Brillouet said: “At Délifrance, we know inspired bakery, and our premium À la Folie! brand is designed to bring sparkle and colour to any party.

“Perfect for fine dining settings, entertaining and receptions,” claims Délifrance, À la Folie!, will sit alongside its other premium brands, Délifrance Héritage and Panitaly.
